部下3名（リーダー、アカウンタント2名）

職務内容：
・Performs a variety of activities, including accounting, financial analysis and fiscal control, in accordance with the Corporate policies and guidelines, and maintains relationships with the local investment and banking communities.
・Supports G.D Japan Country Manager in elaborating the budget and controlling the achievement of the financial and economic results, providing relevant reporting and analyses.
・Prepares and distributes periodic financial statements and analyses for the local Management team and for Corporate team, accordingly with the Corporate reporting system and process.
・Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.
・Prepares, records and analyzes accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
・Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers and collects and negotiates terms of payment on overdue accounts.
・Performs treasury operations involving cash funds, foreign exchange, debt and capital management, and provides analytical and technical support to treasury-related activities.
・Develops the financial plans and forecasts and verifies the treasury operations, debt and capital management. Coordinates and discusses with the commercial department credit risk for the main sales.
・Supports the commercial department and customers with issues related to finance lines.
・Supervises a team of dedicated resources.

・経理経験8年以上

・SAPの知識があると望ましい
