You will be entrusted with developing and executing internal communication strategies and engaging with internal stakeholders to promote the company’s new target culture: Passionately Competitive Camaraderie, Crafting Customer-centric Value. Your responsibilities will also include communicating with the media for company news announcements and other related tasks.

【業務内容】
・会社の目指すカルチャーや価値観を全社員に浸透させるためのコミュニケーション戦略達成に向け、施策の企画・実行、人財開発部など各部門との連携
・社長および経営陣からの発信（メッセージ、ビデオ、スライド、その他媒体）の企画、制作
・社内の効率的な情報共有とコミュニケーションを促進するための仕組みやプラットフォームの整備・運用
・社員のエンゲージメント向上のための、社内からのフィードバックの確認と対応（人財開発部と連携）
・企業情報（IR関連以外）のプレスリリース等、メディア対応
・サステナビリティに関する情報の社内外への発信

- Developing and executing an impactful internal communications strategy in alignment with our business goals and target culture and in collaboration with HR and other relevant teams
- Planning and preparing communications from the President and the management team (messages, videos, slides, and other media)
- Developing and operating systems and platforms to promote efficient communication within the company
- Reviewing and responding to internal feedback to improve employee engagement (in collaboration with HR)
- Engaging in media relations, including preparation of press releases for non-IR related company news
- Handling internal and external communications for sustainability-related issues

【必須要件】
・社内広報、または企業広報における３年以上の経験
・英語（ビジネスレベル）
・ビデオ、バーチャルイベント、ソーシャルメディア等を使ったコミュニケーションの企画立案、実施経験
