〇エンジン開発、パワートレイン開発、次世代自動車開発等に必要な計測機器や制御ソフトウエアを国内自動車メーカー等に納入するプロジェクトの計画と実行に於いて総合的な管理責任を持つ業務（プロジェクト管理者）

〇お客様との仕様確認や調整
〇PMBOK管理、QCD管理等を用いたプロジェクトの遂行
〇プロジェクト日程設定や進捗管理、コスト管理、プロジェクトリスクコントロール
〇プロジェクトチーム（数名～数十名）のマネジメント
〇協力企業様との折衝


Project Planning Manager
・Planning and calculation of inter-company and third party projects
・Preparation of offer documents (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
・Application of in-house project planning and execution monitoring tools
・Support of Sales and Project Management in the early planning phase

Liaison Manager
・Support project management of customer projects in the fields of engines, vehicles, controls, battery and transmission
・Project management, reporting and documentation
・Management of customer relationship, communication and meetings (technical, cultural, social)
・Representation of AVL and project team at the customer
・Support concern reporting and claim management
・Cooperation with global project team (Europe, America, Asia)
・Cooperation with sales organization for new project acquisition

年収 700万円 〜 1,100万円

●理系出身
●自動車エンジンの知識
●英語力(TOEIC700以上）

他下記経験のどれかに当てはまる方

●プロジェクトマネージャーの経験
●工事、設計、機械メンテナンス等関連職種の経験もしくは知識のある方
※ライン組織で部下をマネジメントした経験など


・Technical degree (university of technology or university of applied sciences)
・High motivation and willingness to learn
・Good skills in MS Office applications
・ Fluent English skills / native Japanese preferred
・Independent and proactive working style
・ Prepared to travel
・Experience in development projects in automotive and vehicle industry
・Team-work oriented
